Message:“Targeting Multi-Family for equity partnerships was a logical step from analyzing the numbers to a realistic application. Many investors have instinctively arrived at investing in this sector but the numbers don’t lie. We analyze the numbers and project them into a geographical area that is showing a trend for user upswing which gives a reliable probability for growth.”

Message:“After an adult life of trying many different investments, e.g.: stocks, mutual funds, CDs, annuities, and real estate, there was no doubt that real estate was hands down the most generous investment of all. After renting single detached homes and realizing good appreciation yet meager cash flow it was apparent that this type of real estate investing was a long term appreciation strategy with some nice depreciation write-offs. I noticed there were up-cycles every seven to ten years. These cycles were beneficial but how many of these cycles can you fit into a lifetime? The cash flow that would create reliable returns for a predictable life-style just couldn’t be found in single family homes. It wasn’t a difficult leap of understanding to come to when looking at the returns that apartments generate month after month in addition to the appreciation cycles. The larger the investment project, the more cost efficiencies are realized. We realized that an Equity Partnership could benefit each member greatly and so we created the Equity Partner Program.”
